On July 22, the obligee confirmed that 2173 pairs of brand-name sports shoes previously seized by the Dandong Customs, affiliated to Dalian Customs, were suspected of infringement. Previously, according to the order of the Dalian Customs Risk Prevention and Control Branch, Dandong Customs found 913 pairs of 'NIKE' sports shoes and 1260 pairs of 'ADIDAS' sports shoes that had not been declared to the customs during the routine inspection of a freight vehicle declaring sports shoes and other goods. After contacting the intellectual property rights holders of the above brands for confirmation and verification, the above goods were all infringing and counterfeit products. At present, the goods have been detained according to law, and the case is under further investigation and disposal.
