At 7:00 p.m. on July 30, two vehicles loaded with exported electronic products arrived at Shidao Newport Cross-border E-commerce Supervision Site and Royal Mahan Cross-border E-commerce Supervision Site respectively. In just ten minutes, the goods completed the export formalities and were ready to ship to Shidao Port for export with the 'East China Pearl'. In the morning of July 31, this batch of goods will arrive at Incheon Port, South Korea, and reach the hands of Korean consumers at the 'air speed'.


As cross-border shopping continues to heat up,. According to customs statistics, in the first half of this year, the list of cross-border e-commerce retail exports in Rongcheng City was 712000, with a value of 35 million US dollars, up by 213.2% and 199% respectively year on year.


'Since the cross-border e-commerce business was launched in April last year, there have been 27 export enterprises that have settled in the logistics park to engage in cross-border e-commerce, and the monthly export containers have also increased to 50 cases.' Che Mingjian, the business manager of Taixiang Group, said that today, electronic products, clothing, shoes and hats exported from Rongcheng are very popular in the Korean market.


In order to support the development of new cross-border e-commerce formats, Rongcheng Customs publicized relevant policies to enterprises under its jurisdiction, optimized convenient service measures to meet the 'last mile' needs of enterprises, and set up special personnel to contact and communicate with e-commerce, logistics and other relevant enterprises, answer questions and solve difficulties, implement whole-process services, attract cross-border e-commerce enterprises to Rongcheng, and promote the faster development of cross-border e-commerce export business.
